Most of the time I'm not, but if I count my blessings, and try to be positive and thankful for what i do have i find i have no viable reason to be unhappy.

nope. not since i have to go to a therapist who gives me the stupidest psycobabble, that i don't understand, which makes me more depressed. o well. i guess you could say i am happy to be alive, and able to find joy in the world thru the Lord. and that i haven't gone to any lengths as in suicide...
