My 5 year old girlie is into the Polly Pocket website. The Rosie & Jim one is OK. But the CBeebies site rocks so it's hard to beat :-)

BBC website education pages have some great interractive learning activities. They link to the national curriculum and there are activites for all areas from Literacy to Geography.
