All tourism is inevitably environmentally unfriendly, so to protect an area just don't go. You're worrying about a micro effect (sun block) but aren't bothered about anything else (jet exhausts damaging the atmosphere, resource over use, damage of local habitat, etc.). The real risk to the reefs is from global warming, which you are directly contributing to just by going there. I presume your use of environmental sunblock alleviates all other contributions to the damage caused to the reefs?

I don't know if there is one... but you can always shop at organic food stores like Wild Oats or Wholefoods to see what organic options they have in their skin care section. And it would be a great idea to do as much of your shopping there as you can, to protect the environment where you live, too.

If you are think of using bug repellent, you should try something without DEET (spelling ???)
