Look it up on Yahoo Finance.

It may have been bought out or gone out of business so it may not show up on Yahoo or any other website. Check with the broker, the transfer agent, or the Secretary of State where the company is registered.

Value is in the eye of the beholder. Try offering it for sale. If you have takers then it has value.
