Just so you know, there are many different ways to grip a pitch. When I was younger I remember reading a book by Nolan Ryan and it showed how to throw all the pitches he throws. Then when I got to highschool a major league pitcher that was related to a friend of mine showed me how he held the same pitches and it was a little different.

I don't know if a website will really help you. Most big sport stores sell balls that actually show you how to grip the ball. It has color coded finger prints along the ball to show you.

Many can tell you how to do different pitches. If you play, ask your coach. If you don't, ask someone to help you. You can hurt yourself if you do too much of one.......or the wrong one.....or the wrong way.
