The blue light comes on, but NOTHING else works! I cant turn on or off. I plugged into the computer-NOTHING!!! HELP!!!!

i went to the sandisk site, and learned to hold down the reset button for a full 15 seconds. It actually took THAT long to reset! It's now FINE!!

Well,,if its anything like my ipod, it does that once in a while,,,and what i have to do is, push enter and play at the same time and that will sometimes put it back on...they are computers and sometimes need to re-boot. Go back to where u bought it and tell them this,,,im sure they will exchange it or give u a refund. It might just clear up on its own in a day or two, my ipod has done that too.

wow, thats bad. I have an M240. If you cant get it to even turn on at all, take it back to where you got it, and tell them it was defective. In order to possibly fix this problem, u gotta be able to turn it on. I would save the hassle, go back and replace it and just tell em it was defective.
Or call SanDisk and see what they say
