For ex: I asked the other day a ques about slavery, got jumped all over about who really started slavery, I never mentioned that OR this other guy asked why we abbreveate and gave an example, people startet telling him what the example meant NOT why they abbreviate. Why?

People really don't read well. And they really don't understand most of the stuff they've memorized. They're not exchanging ideas, they're testing for rank in a relationship. It is the American way. Have the answer for you before you finish asking the question.

In other words, they don't read or can't read and just like to hear their lips flap.

some people have for some reason or another obsessed with gaining points and will just write down useless crap
