I have no idea what cash gifting is, but I do have a business opportunity that is well under $150.

I'm not sure what cash gifting is, but here's what I found:
I followed a link from someone else on here and it led me to a website called Cash Crate. You won't make a fortune doing this, but you can easily make maybe $10-20 a week (great for pocket change!) without putting out any money. Basically they show you free/trial offers and surveys, and they tell you upfront what the payout is for doing the survey or viewing the ad, and the money accumulates in your account. Once you reach $5 (or more, it's up to you), you can receive your payout either by check in the mail, or gift certificates. I thought it would be a waste of time, but now that I've done it for a while, it's a pretty easy way to make some extra bucks. Here is the website:

Give it a try, you never have to give your credit card info or pay anything. Have fun!

Try this website:::
http://www.grants.gov
They are there to help GIVE away money.
Also, WalMart and Microsoft give away money all the time.
So does Office Depot, SAMS, Staples, OfficeMax, and Target.
Look on all of their websites. Go to 'corporate', or 'helping community' or something like this.
A wealth of information.
If one does not work, another one might.
I hope something works out for you.
