Is it possible for a woman to rape a man?

I know it may seem like a stupid thing to ask but I am curiuos as to how this would happen? The guy would have to be turned on no? I can understand statutory rape but not adult woman on an adult man

That would be very very difficult. She would have to first overpower him, which would in most circumstances be difficult. And even then, if a girl wanted sex that bad, guys would go along with it. I've never heard or read of such a story but anything is possible. And the whole teachers and students thing isn't rape when the teacher is a woman. That guy is the coolest person in school; his hand will hurt from all the high fives he'll give. The other way is rape because a girl cannot fight off a man, but the boy could fight off the teacher.
**By the way, I mean that if a high school boy and a teacher having sex cannot be considered rape because he can easily fight her off. To a little boy, then yes, it can be rape. Someone pointed out my error. Thanks.

more common that you think. several men have been raped most are usualy couples some of them are married. but few go reported due to embarassment and or knowing the reaction/outcome if attempt to seek justice. Recently i found out the victim has to pay child support to the rapist if she becomes pregnant. Most of the time the violator conducts this act while the victim is unconcious. Very few have been over powered. but usually in those circumstances the man is smaller than the woman.

Non consensual sex and saying no mean the same thing to either sex. And yes, you can be charged as a woman if you do 'rape' a man....

yes why not? maybe not always in the sense of overpowering physically but what about overpowerment in other ways like employment situations where she is the boss or has any sense of power over a man. how about at gun point? what about leverage she may have over him like ill do something to hurt you or your family or good standing in the community or if he doesnt succumb to her advancements she can use this "i'll say you attempted to rape me or assault me if you dont comply" you know they tend to believe a womens word over a mans
