I assume from question that the HP 4si is leaving streaks from the toner? If so generally the tone has a 'flip' door that places the toner onto the charged paper. VERY CAREFULLy using a lint free, cloth you could wipe excess off the drum. Also the diffuser has a cotton wipe bar. That bar is replaceable and will, over time, build up and leave foot-prints too. Replace it (every 10,000 miles..ha.ha). Then in general the longer a print is run the greater the buildup of toner throughout the internals. An over all cleaning would help. Just remember that the toner is NOT nice...it gets on everything and doesn't what to be cleaned. Take your time and be detailed so that when ur done ... all the streaks r gone.
