I have heard a lot of comments against them particularly Brazilians attitude and upbringing. Is it true?

No. And comments based on hatred are *never* true. Even if they began with a scrap of truth, they are so distorted by the hatred, that truth is lost. Bear in mind, the best lie is a half-truth. For example, there are undoubtedly individual Brazilians whose attitude and upbringing leaves something to be desired. *Individuals*. There are individuals in every country you could truly say that about.
But, when hatred makes you apply that limited truth to everyone from that country, then it becomes a lie. Everyone from a country is not alike. Even if there are aspects of a particular culture you personally disagree with, not everyone who lives in that culture will agree with it or take part in all its aspects. So such statements are always lies.

This whole idea of hating different races, cultures and religions has got to stop...
It is becoming ridiculous... Especially comments like the caty who hates Arabs.... why do you hate them? You are generalizing a whole group of people based on what? TV? How about you educate yourself before making comments like that!
I'm white, yes, but that doesn't mean I hate anyone... Hate is a strong word, and you should be careful when using it, especially on a forum like this one...

NO, i dont hate brazilians,i dont think anyone should hate people because of their race or the way they were brought up, HATE is such a strong word,i dont think anyone would say they hate brizilians on here if they did anyway.

Hell No!!! Brazilians are hella cool and really good at soccer. I love ther accent!! My neigbors were brazilian but they got kikd out for being to loud late at night and finding sumthin called alcohol which they never new of to to get them drunk :]:}

i dun know that many brazilians, but they r pretty chill...but you know you find all the kind of ppl in every country, it wouldn't be fair to stereotype them
