Italy has its place guaranteed in the Final. The Germans have guaranteed at least the 4th place. -- I think everything can still go wrong for Portugal or for France. I personally feel that Portugal is more than good enough to beat France. I don't even think it will reach a penalty shoot out. as for Italy, if Portugal beats France I honestly believe that Italy will be dead meat. I don't know... I just see so many weaknesses in the teams of Italy, France and Germany and my confidence that Portugal will just do it is growing. LET'S JUST HOPE THAT THE REFEREE ALLOWS TOMORROW's MATCH between Portugal and France to run its natural course without FAVOURITISM'S. Which ever country progresses to the Final, whether Portugal or France, it is GREAT just to be part of the last FOUR !!! ... because it means that Portugal, Italy and France the 3 left out of literally hundreds initial country participants ? At least the remaining three out of the 32 hopefuls at the start of June !!

I think a better question would be: who do you HOPE can win the World Cup? For me it's Italy. Forza Italia!
(ps. if France makes it to the finals and beats Italy I won't be too unhappy. Both teams seem pretty equal in terms of skills, and France REALLY needs some fans from what I see posted here so far.)

don't care, just not France. hate what they did to Brazil. at least Portugal should give a try and win the cup for the first time.

I really hope Italy win it. They just knocked the most determined team out of the competition and deserve to win. It was either Italy or germany for me
