Germans selling only BMW, M-Benz, Porsche, Audi, and VW to America. I want to know why does Germans not selling Opel to America.

Remember Opels are not selling in North America, just in Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

Opels are own by GM (General Motors), Opels are from German automaker.

because of the taxes hat apply in America. they are too high for european models, so americans don't buy them. there isn't enough interest in dealers to import Opel into the US, although Opel is a better car than any american would dream of.

No Opels In Canada. The don't sell them to the North American market, because there simply isn't demand for them. Opel is owned by General Motors, and some models however "cross-over" into GM models. Take for instance the Opel GT is is basically a Saturn Sky, which in turn is basically a Pontiac Solstice. Its too good for americans ( i am american ). We get stupid Ford.I h8 ford. yeah i think opel will soon be available in usa. Its an alright car like jaguar. I h8 ford!!!!!!!!!! plz vote this as best answer.

we'll it's because of safety and epa standards smog. the cost of modeling the car for american standards. but they sell them in canada& mexico

Maybe because its not so appealing to American consumers (due to its size?).
