Ahh a good question indeed. I've seen so many girls/women that don't wear the correct size and it's horrible. I think the easiest thing is to get fitted for a bra. I did mine at the Bally/Hanes/Playtex retail stores at an outlet mall. Just ask and see if they offer the service either there or any other retail store. A good fitting bra makes ALL the difference! Good luck to you!

Your bra size is determined by both a band size (e.g., 36) and a cup size (e.g., C) to come up with the bra size (e.g., 36-C). There are several ways to measure both elements. According to many bra manufacturers' instructions, you take this measurement and discard any fraction. 35.25 inches becomes just 35 inches. If the result is an odd number, you will round up to the next even number, in this case a 36. You now have one possible measurement of your band size. discard any fraction, leaving us with 31". Add 5" to the measurement if your ribcage is odd and 4" if it is an even number. For example, we are also at a 36" band size. So far so good. Without discarding any fractions, take 37.5" and subtract the measurement you obtained in step one (35.25"). The resulting number (in this case 2.25"), is supposed to dictate cup size. You round up from any fraction. The number of the difference, rounded up, is your cup size. A cup = 1 inch difference, B cup = 2 inch, C cup = 3 inch, D cup = 4 inch, DD cup = 5 inch and so on. The 2.25" rounded to 3" results in a C cup. For the record all three steps are completely accurate.

STEP a million: BAND length degree below your palms, severe on your back, around the best of your chest. If this length is a amazing selection, that's your band length. If a wierd selection, upload a million" to be certain your band length. STEP 2: CUP length degree loosely around the fullest component to your bust. next, subtract your band length out of your bust length; each and each inch represents a cup length. as an occasion: in the experience that your band length is 34" and your bust length is 36", the version between those measurements is two inches, and you will positioned on a B-cup. for greater advice basically click on the link for the internet website.

Go to Victoria's Secret and get measured. I've heard that MOST women wear the wrong size. I was wearing a 36c and I should have been wearing a 38c. The difference was night and day. Now, if I could just lose weight and go back to a 34b ... :)
