I think what's going on here is that you have a flat screen and when the screen moves, the colors change.
this happens with all flat screens

If the observed hasn't been used for a on a similar time as, and replaced into saved the two crammed with gas, or empty, then there is an threat that the carb. is sludged up.... If it replaced into saved empty, could have debris interior the carb or pipes, (bugs, spiders) and should be flushed out. continually keep gas autos with stabilizer to sidestep this. you desire air, gas and spark.... provide it a shot of starter spray, be certain each and every thing is sparkling and linked and circulate from there.... you probably did say you purchased it out of your brother... so the motor would not be seized ar something like that, eh?

Green and purple flares can happen if the screen is exposed to a magnetic field, such as a stereo speaker or desktop fan; if its not that then its a fault. If its still under warranty you should be able to get it fixed at no cost.

complain straight to manufacturers and give details of the retail outlet where you purchased it, along with copy of receipt.
and DO NOT take no for an answer. you want a replacement new not refurbished or repair to the one you have.
DO IT, it's the only and right way.

probably the internal connectors - don't repair it yourself, you'll void the warranty.
