Well, the first solution is to try an get more comfortable shoes. Either try getting something flat or with a lower heel (there are very nice dress shoes out there that are low, cute mary janes are great for this), or get naturalizers or some brand that specializes in comfort.
My feet get swollen not from heels, but from heat in the summer, and the only thing that helps me is to rest them at the end of the day in some cold water. It brings the swelling down, and just feels nice.

Opt for purchasing a GOOD pair of shoes that are extremely comfortable for your feet. Also spray inside of your shoes with Avon's foot spray. It'll keep them cooler for you. Try to prop your feet up any time you can too. Stay away from salt as salt will keep water retention and this will bother you too. You just definitely need to splurge on a great pair of shoes that are comfortable girly........put some insoles in them.....gel ones?

All the answers are good so far, but definitely get to a doctor. The swelling is not normal, and should be investigated to determine if it is due to a circulatory problem or not.
It may be a symptom of hyperinsulinemia.
For basic information on hyperinsulinemia, check out www.mayoclinic.com/health/hyperinsulinemia/HQ00896

Cool ice-baths at the end of the day. And try wearing lower heals (1" or less) till your feet become accustomed to the height.

Go home and elevate your feet. Then get to a doctor, and ask for a medical excuse NOT to wear high heels. (Are you sure your shoes FIT you properly?)
