Firstly, I'm guessing without reading the other posts that most people will deny this history by saying that it's got nothing to do with tomorrow's game. I like Portugal's chances but I don't hate the French either and I can't figure out why everyone else does. France does look good considering that they've beaten Spain and Brazil, but Scolari is a very good coach and I've learned enough not to underestimate his team. I think France will win, but can't be sure.

History doesnt mean much. France won the 98 cup, and couldnt score four years later. And now, four years after that, they knock off who many consider the bes team in the world. Four years ago, Portugal was considered a pre-tournament favorite, and didnt advance. Coming into this world cup, they werent expected to get past the quarterfinals, if they even made them, but they made the semi-finals. I think Portugal could surprise them. However, they will have to shut down Zidane if they hope to win.

History can usually give you a clear vision sometimes of what's going to happen. But I think sometimes things can be different, so we'll have to wait and see...I can't say I have seen Portugal play an awesome game yet..maybe tomorrow...who knows..But France definitely did an awesome job the other day and beat world's #1 team!!
However, I am a Portugal fan!! Forca Portugal!!!

well hostary is important ! italia in a friendly match beated germany many times ! in 7 matches include this world cup 2006 italia won 5 times and 2 times draw! so i think france will win on portugal ! but if they go to penalty time this is a lucky game and i hate it
