They may be happy now, but after the world cup, the players are going to find another team because they are going down a division....I can't wait. Their league is trash and their teams are trash. Have fun moving around the country finding new teams.

I'm not sure there's a question there, but it's too early to assume that the Italians will even win the final. They have a strong team, but so do the Portuguese and the French. Either way, it should be a great match.
And the relegations, if any, will be a bit pointless, because those teams will almost certainly earn promotion in one season anyway. It's a pretty weak penalty, if that is what is adopted.

Well, u cant expect people to stay the same. Anyone could change, and anything could change, even soccer players can change. It's all about everything should go naturally, and we can't even change them, unless the force is strong enough. Just like the Newton's Law #1: What stays the same, stays the same, unless there was a greater force put upon them.
