Exercise is a good way of staying awake. Go for a walk, run in place, do an exercise video or use a piece of exercise equipment for a few minutes. It'll wake you up and energize you. But remember, you need your sleep! Don't stay awake so late on a regular basis. It's ok once in a while, but don't make a habit of it.

It is a bad idea not to sleep, but in a pinch apples or bananas will actually work better than caffine. Orange juice or other fruit juice is in between the two. Caffine will just make you crash in an hour or two.

Just think alot, that always keeps me awake. Or do something that will get your adrenaline going without tiring yourself out.

music, try and get hyped up, go on messenger and a have a convo with someone who you can talk hours with and they sleep late too?
