No, after an international match is over, teams switch jerseys. It a tradition dating way back, probably sometime shortly after FIFA began. Anyway, its been going on for decades. After an international match, the players switch jerseys, as a sign of good sportsmanship and respect.

It's more of an exchange... most players exchange jersys wether they won or lost.. it's a show of respect, friendship and sportmanship...
