bias of some sort has happened to most everyone. If you couldn't date the most popular boy in high school because you weren't as rich or as popular or as athletic (mind you he probably weighs 250, has no hair and has 4 kids running around)
You might feel you didn't get a job because you didn't fit there ideal of the perfect candidate. could have been a bias on your size, your clothes, the color of your skin or the sex you were born as.
And as for anyone who has struggled with there weight if from birth or some stressful occurrence later in life that caused them to gain weight. they will see bias EVERYWHERE! you are looked at like you have no self control, your a slob, your lazy. which maybe as far from the truth as possible.
Through time we all get preconceived notions of what "perfect" should be.
Thank god I'll never be perfect. and I'm sure I'll face some bias for the rest of my life. Maybe in 15 years I'll go for that job interview and feel I'm passed up because of younger candidates. only time will tell.

Yes, I've struggled with weight my whole life. And I don't mean I'm a size six and oh no, now I'm a size 8. I was a size 16 when I was a senior and high school and it's gotten a ton worse since (10 years ago). I base everything on this. And dating is the last thing from my mind, it's leaving my house to be in crowded areas, or taking walks on the beach and things of that nature that I can't do.... it's not a fun life.

i think if i had been cute and skinny when i was pulled over driving with a suspended license (for speeding points), i would not have gotten arrested.
to me, proof of this is that when i actually was cute and skinny, it was a lot easier to get out of tickets.
