I have Norton Anti Virus, the latest versions of everything, and even spybot search and destroy.

Norton and SpyBot both say my puter is up to date and everything is fine, but it's not.

Emails I send keep coming back to inbox but new emails can't get in. Anybody else have this problem? I get it about every other month.

Yeah, I had the latest upgrades and all from Norton, as well as spybot, but my computer just didn't seem to work right...and I'd keep getting a message saying I needed a particular .dll file.... ugh...
My friend, dealing with the same issue, searched around and found another program called, "F-Secure". I downloaded the free trial, and it found tons of trojans that Norton never found, as well as a couple worms, spyware, and yes, even a couple virus'. I don't know why, but Norton never found them. My friend said he doesn't know what the "F" stands for, but he wouldn't be surprised if it meant "F-ing Secure". lol
Anyway, if you'll log onto "www.f-secure.com", you can download a free trial. It'll tell you to delete Norton & spybot though, but once it cleans up your computer, you won't mind.

In addition to a good antivirus and anti-malware software you need:

1- a good firewall in place
2- an anti-spam blocker

I think your system is lacking these latter two things...
