Of course it's a human condition--ever see a judgemental basset hound?
Just because it is, does not mean we should embrace our prejudices as if they can't be changed, controlled or eliminated. Saying that an undesirable trait such as prejudice is a "human condition" should not excuse that sort of negative thought-process and narrow-mindedness.

Being judgemental is VERY natural. We all have done, do it, and will continue to do so. It all boils down to self preservation. However, it all depends on your choices to voice the opinions that form the character you have. I may think a woman shouldn't be wearing a certain outfit because of her certain body but WHO THE HELL AM I? just as I'm judging someone else there is GUARANTEED to be someone walking behind me judging my *** as well. What you can do is practice positivity. The further you get into not judging someone the happier you will become. Wouldn't you rather enjoy the weather than worry about what someone else is saying or wearing or who they are with? Think what you will but as long as you consider peoples feelings and don't voice your UNIMPORTANT opinion...you are well on your way to a happier life. I've been working on it myself and I definately smile alot more. It actually leaves the door wide open to a healthier lifestyle and meaningful relationships. :) I promise.

People that are judgemental or hateful are that way because of ignorance or they have low self esteem.
People fear what they do not understand and they hate that which they fear.
Some people bully others because they have a problem with themselves and they thrive on the attention that they get from others and they thrive on making someone feel bad or afraid.

in our society we have been given such ideas that we can't help but have the little voice that judges people in our head. it sucks, but it's really hard to get over. we treat people in certain ways just because of what they're wearing sometimes!
