What ideas can we use to make a town town backdrop for a gym decoration?

Anything that includes cartoons but that looks pretty toony. Can be other cartoon characters beside Disney.

If you have a student/s who can draw/paint, and it can't be done on the wall, obtain some material, canvas, sheets, or yard goods. This could be sewn together by students. Get the paint, the painters, and then, get the hell out of the way.

MAKE SMALL CUT OUTS,PUT A SPOT LIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM,AND ADJUST ON THE BACK WALL.YOU CAN MAKE BIG OR SMALL.
