First, you need to determine if this is pain in the muscles, or in an organ, or in your bones. If in the muscles, not to worry, Just do some back rounding and arching to stretch and relax them. If in the organs or bones, you need to see a doctor soon.

Definitely get to the doctor. At that level it may indeed be kidney - and you do have one on each side.

Regarding the fat issue, that may be due to hypoglycemia - which can also result in odd pains for no good reason.

For basic information on hypoglycemia, check out www.hufa.org. For basic information on hyperinsulinemia, check out www.mayoclinic.com/health/hyperinsulinemia/HQ00896

It may be your pancreas. You say you have a weight issue. It might be that your pancreas is secreting to much enzymes to help digest your unhealthy foods and is tireing. Please change your diet and consult a doctor!
