No. In fact, the CIA just announced that it has disbanded the team that was assigned to find him.

Been uder a rock? No, not yet. And to the last answerer, they have not disbanded the team that is after him, that was a group of CIA agents assigned to him from before the 9/11 attacks. We don't need a couple of CIA agents anymore, the military is after him now.
