I know a guy who was 38 who married someone who was 22. It didn't last long. He's moved on to a 19 year old now.

The only way it would be nasty is if she were under 16 years old.
It also would be illegal. But there is nothing nasty about a younger girl being married to an older man.
And girl, is you think 40 is old.....just wait a few years. Your perspective will change like you will not believe.
Based upon your question I would bet you are somewhere under 18. Right?

no. as long as he makes you happy and the love is real the there is nothing wrong with. Yes it is a Hugh difference however women and men can't help who they love or there age now there is a limit on this like if one is a minor then that would be nasty but she is old enough to decide for herself. Nobody should judge if its nasty or not.

no its not nasty. in some country the girls are alot younger then 24 when they get married so i don't think its nasty. what's really nasty is a girl who is 15 and has to get married to a guy who is 40 or older that's nasty.

well i dont think love and marriage should be based on age but on how each other feels. age is only a number and sometimes a 20 something is on the same level as a 40 something person so nasty-no i think not....

Not at all. Love is love, and if they found love together, then good for them.
Why would it be nasty? Because he is older? He is actually a young man. Not as young as she, but young enough to have a full life with her! Open your heart and your mind and realize that love is possible regardless of the age of one of the partners. This is the nature of life, and in life, all things are possible. They dared to dream and found the dream in each other. Good for them!

Having been a 24 year old woman who dated a 40 year old man, I have to say it was wonderful. The level of caring and understanding was great. I didn't have to want for anything but to let him know and it was mine. He was lots of fun and we had a really great time. Admittedly, a younger man came into my life and we went our separate ways, but I wouldn't have traded the time we spent together for anything. I got to experience a lot of things that younger women didn't even know about because they weren't privy to those circles.

No It is not. Why are you so worried about their marriage for anyway? As long as they are happy, who cares about the age difference?
For the record, I am 29, and my husband is 54. Some people may find that odd and unusual but it is no skin off of my nose. As long as the Lord blesses us to see many more happy years together, I am satisfied.

Kinda....
I'm 26. I've come across some attractive 40 year olds... but to me it is a little gross. I wouldn't want to be someones midlife crisis. And, it sounds a little gross when you think that he was 16 (a junior in high school) the same year she was born. Thats kinda icky!
