I think it should be normal but sadly, these days, it isn't common. If you have a good friendship and have fun together there is no reason to rush the sex. It will complicate your relationship and definitely change it, sometimes for the better, oftentimes for the worse. (If you are too young or not ready to be loyal to just one person)Take your time and when you both feel perfect together, it will naturallly follow. Use birth control!!!
