I think this movie was from the 80's.
It goes like this:
In a hospital lab a vial breaks on the floor. Everyone turns into a zombie. There's one woman that has an immunity to the virus since she is pregnant. The whole movie takes place in the hospital. In the end, the police arrive and the hospital is quarantined.
