In this day and age yes definitely. You are cool if you are comfortable and have dignity and pride. There is no such thing anymore as "in style". Only "personal style". There is room on the planet for all kinds of people now. Years ago, jocks would beat up nerds. It seems kids today are a little more mature in their dealings with peers.

Well, you use your nerd skills, you get rich. You get rich, you are cool. It might take a while, but, yeah, you will be cool.
So I would say, as you age a bit, it is cool to be a nerd.

Yes!!! I think the smarter you are the more money you will make in life. My husband is a Nerd.Nerds are usually 100% dedicated to learning and work. They don't usually focus their time on always getting laid and lusting after other woman. I think they re good to Marry as long as you dont mind their need for work and Learning. My husband lives 99% of the time programming the computer
Other guys I have been with who were more into themselves screwed me over.
My nerdy husband is the best. When we go to bed its me, him and his laptop.

Are you taking about someone who is super-smart? well, depends...
or someone who is totally lacking in social graces? never.
But if you're out of college-- TOTALLY!!
They're saying now that you should be nice to nerds- You'll probably work for one some day!!... which means that nerds are more likely to be wealthy... and wealth is always cool!!
