Motor oil is a lubricant. Transmission fluid is also an 'oil' but is primarily for low-foaming hydraulic pumping within the transmission rather than for lubrication specifically.
Do yourself a favour and change your motor oil.

It was a old timers trick...... back when trans fluid had more detergents then engine oil (and because it was much thinner) it did help..... today they have hardly any detergents and most are around 20 weights.....
No need for a flush..... just go ahead and change the oil and filter and be done with it..... just a little isn't gonna harm anything... (a little being a quarter to a half a quart per 4 of engine oil)

Trans Fluid is basically a Petroleum Based Lubricant and Cleaning Agent, but could cause some harm to newer engines. Remove it, Flush the system, and put in fresh.

I know some old timers that use it just prior to an oil change to clean the internal engine components.
Now would be a good time for an oil and filter change.

if it was a little bit like you said it will not brake, you car might start acting up because that oil goes through the ignition and other parts of the motor, if it start doing it to much, then have your oil change immidiatly, cause acting up make brake something that you might regret.

It will probably break down your engine oil. I would change the engine oil.
