First thing I suggest is that if you cant get to a gym, work out in the house and in the neighborhood. You can do situps and pushups and lunges, stretches, jumping jacks etc right in your own living room. The other huge suggestion is to not eat after 7 pm no matter what, quit drinking sodas and drink water, lay off the fried foods and chips and candy bars. Even the red meat has to be cut back and definitely slow the fast food down. Those are some REAL answers.

Read the book South Beach Diet it is for people with high blood pressure and heart conditions of any age and you loose the weight on your stomach first. then for exercise just take good brisk walks no use wasting your money on a gym.

If you want to loose a big gut you need to work in that area. Also, start walking everywhere you can until you're in good enough shape to run. Make your meals smaller and only healthy food; no junk. Good luck.

Start by walking and work your way (slowly) to jogging. You can walk all over your neighborhood with headphones. Do not overdo it or it'll backfire: you'll get sore and won't want to work out at all. Of course, at the same time, be sure to eat only healthy foods. No fast food or sweets for sure.

do sit ups, and take walks around your neighborhood. walk for 1/2 hour to start off slowly with any exercise.
eat salads and less grease.
havent you seen subway commercials, you could make your subs at home with own toppings. the bread and toppings in grocery stores. pass up the regular foods you normally buy.
start with the walking and sit ups and see what happens.
good luck.

Start running or cycling. You can do both using your home as a starting point. Good luck.
