for my wedding, my mom and stepdad gave me a deck of cards entitled "52 sex games for your wedding nite" -- that was the ONLY thing they gave me... i said thanx, and then, years later cried like a baby when my sister got her whole honeymoon, reception, and wedding -and even a week's worth of groceries to cover for the time off of work- paid for, by, none other than mommy dearest, and daddy dick.

A Cheque or present Card... Cheque because you should pay it into the commercial business organization... wait 3 operating days previously you could spend it and a present Card because it really is continually for a stupid keep... or an intense priced keep... and there is not adequate on the present card to purchase some thing in there -_- I actual have a 10€ present card from Christmas SNCF... it really is a media keep... yet any CD is OVER 10€... all DVD's are over 10€... all video games are OVER 10€... It sound's impolite... yet i'd quite of merely the cardboard... because I received't spend it... and that i will ought to furnish it to some different person jajajaja !!! -- a present card I recived xD jajajaja !!

The cheapest thing I ever got was free. It was a poem from my daughter, but it was in no way lame. Yes, I was very thankful, I think even though it cost her nothing, it was one of the best gifts I've ever received. I would trade that for all the expensive gifts any day, because it came from her heart.

a picture frame that was all dusty. My kid actually got coloring books at a birthday party that had some of the pages colored in it. He didn't even get crayons with the book. We both sent out thank-you cards, because it's the nice thing to do. We still laugh about it though.

I got this set of 3 candles from a friend of mine one time. The thing is I was at the party when she bought them for HERSELF. and then a couple of years later she dug them out of her gift closet and gave them to me. They were colors that did not even go in my house. Actually they were very ugly colors!
Before that she gave me a book by some lady that sells crap on qvc or hsn, that she knew that I found anoying.

My aunt gave me this pair of cheesy magic gloves with a lame looking snowman on them for christmas. My mom, other aunt, and grandmother also got identical ones. Also the gloves were so cheap they got a big hole in them before i even got them home. Cheap!!!
My little bro got a used shirt from her that year too. What a cheapo, she even has a lake house!

I got a box of cookies from our Chairman of the Board for Christmas. It probably wouldn't have bothered me but the guy is worth over $100 million. No I wasn't too thankful.

I once told a friend that I loved this candle she had shaped like a star and moon. My girlfriends had a b-day party for me a few weeks later. She gave me that candle and it had been lit already. I was so embarrassed for her that I did my best to hide that it had been lit when I held it up. I still don't get it...

A broken floor lamp that was bought in the returned goods section. Had to fix it and it went over ten years till one of my friends flew into it. Yeah I was thankful because it come from my Mom and I told her not to buy anything for me since she was having money problems.
