Please, I only want serious answers, I am so sick of gay bashers, so stay out of it!
Anyways, my gf is from Denmark, and we are interested in having our home in the states, but of course for her to live here she would have to get a green card seeing as our marriage isn't recognized here...we aren't married yet, but we can legally be married here in Denmark...I was just wondering if there is someway or something I dont know that could work for us, or if we should just live here in Denmark where there aren't so many horrid people out there...and where we are accepted, and just take that and move away from everything I have ever known...I really think that is so completely unfair, but I am who I am, and I am so happy with her, it can't be any other way...what are our options?

Yes, to add, she would have to give up her home here, but she has been living with me in the states for the past 5 years.....

you say one option is for you to move there but that would mean you leaving everything you have ever known.........if she moves here, wouldnt she be giving up those same things???

If I were in your shoes, I'd consider going there simply because of the social climate......otherwise you two have a long uphill battle getting her into the states.......

good luck either way,
D~~

Try first to have the Green Card and then see what places would be suitable for you two to live in.
If the Green Card thingy didn't' work out for her then move to Denmark and have another try to get the Green Card again until she gets it then move to the US.

Good luck dear! :)

My friend Jeremy moved to Denmark for that very reason and he and his partner are very happy.

To stay together, your options are to move your entire life to Denmark, have her move her entire life (requiring a job offer or becoming a student here), or the two of you marry and move to a third country.

It's a difficult thing to do, for either and both of you. Best of luck sorting it out.

The options are nil. Legal imigration via a green card or work visa or live there.
