Regular Clarinex is just for the symptoms of alergies like sinus pain and pressure, itchy watery eyes, runny nose etc. Whereas Clarinex-D 24, has all that plus a decongestant in it and may be stronger to use.
Before taking any over the counter medications, check with your doctor first especially if you are taking other meds. The last thing you need is to have a bad reaction to the meds with the ones you already are taking.

Clarinex D contains a decongestant.

clarinex-D has a decongestant in it. Regular clarinex doesn't.

CLarinex-D has more active ingredients then clarinex.
