No, not weird at all. I was born Dec 24th. The only thing for me growing up was I was limited to the gifts I could open - they were birthday AND Christmas. Sometimes I felt I got cheated - but I always considered myself special. During"that" time, I believed that Jesus Christ was born on Christmas day and that made my day very special. It made me feel very, very close to Him. Enjoy the attention -

It's not weird, but peculiar. It must suck to have a b-day so close to xmas. That means you only get like 75% of the gifts you'd usually get. Then again, there are millions like you, with b-days near the holidays. So don't think you are so special.

my sister's is December 26. I wouldn't call it weird but she probably gets less presents and only gets to open them once a year because we give her both at the same time. I am glad mine is in August without a holiday close to it.

I don't know if it's weird or not my birthday is June 17th so I am almost a perfect 6 months from Christmas which gives everyone time to forget the crappy Christmas gifts you got them. LOL

Sometimes, presents wise cauz you don't get them throughout the year, or at least in two different months.
And that girl who said that her b-day was on June 28th...THAT IS NOT THAT CLOSE TO JULY 4TH...my brother's b-day is on the 5th...that IS close!

Nah, it's common. But people use it to totally chintz out, don't they? But if you get a cash gift, you can totally take advantage of all those After Christmas sales!

I think it would suck cuz it sorta diminshes the importance of your birthday. I remember one year easter fell on my birthday, I thought it was cool at the time.
