The U.S. will try to influence China and Russia to get them to push N. Korea to the table. If that doesn't work then we could be looking at brinkmanship the likes of the Cuban Missile Crisis.

It was 5 short range missles and one long range.
It is one of those wait and see problems. You need to wait to see what they will do next to figure out what the U.S., Japan, China, South Korea, and Russia will do.

Most likely nothing. Russia has hundreds of missles, China has more than Russia. We've been concerned about them for decades, but they know that if they launch at the US, we may launch back. Our bombs are bigger than their bombs!
