not very intelligent.. i mean the idiots voted in bush for a second time and this is AFTER he messed up the nation in the first four years.

for the record, democrats tend to have a much higher iq than republicans. unfortunately, you did ask about the average american so we have to lose quite a few points due to the "republican factor" lol.

they say the average adult has an I.Q. of 100 and my son had an I.Q.of 176 when he was in 5th grade,he also had ADHD
