where do i go that i can destroy something anything aslong as it shatters and breaks

Usually your own home is the best place to start. Once you get that destroyed you can branch out and start destroying the neighbors things. A good place if you think commercially is a grocery store. Lots of things to break and shatter there.

Volunteer at the local recycling center. You'll have the most fun sorting the glass bottles into different bins.
