u tell them that u cheated and that ur not going to change at all and u dont want to be married anymore and ur honest with everything and still they dont want to leave. i mean whats up with that? how do i get rid of him?

You are probably going to have to be the one to leave. I don't know why he stays with you telling him all you have. Maybe he just really loves you and doen't want to lose you. Or maybe he is affraid of being alone. What ever the reason he stays. It does not sound like he is going to change so you need to be the one to make the moves. Find another place to live, get a divorce lawyer, start a new life on your own. You didn't say if you have kids or not. But if you do. Be very careful how you deal with them in this. Good Luck

Geez! Justin D! Those are strong words! Anyway, I think you're scared--well maybe not scared--but have a reason for not wanting to be the one to leave. You may be afraid of being accused of being the one to abandon the marriage. I think you guys have kids. One way I found out to get rid of a man, is to be super-nice to him. I know it's hard, but if you really want to get rid of him, you'll have to. The meaner you are to someone, they tend to hang around more. No one knows why. It's just that way. So start being super nice!

If he's not going to leave then file for the divorce and let the courts work it out..
You could move out and let him stay
You could work things out what ever the problem is but it takes a part from both..
Remember all green grass turns brown with out the proper care..

There is no law that says you cant leave him if he wont leave you. If you are determined not to be there, then leave him.
