I did my science fair project on this subject. My results were that there is this overpriced Crest toothpaste that works fantasticly. The only downside of it is that it uses a whitening chemical that can irritate certain teeth. The condition is rare so no worries.

One way I've found to work is to combine Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda. Either dunk your toothbrush in HP and pour some Baking Soda on the brush, or get some Baking Soda on the brush, start brushing and gargle in some HP.
Take note: Doing this may give you temporary white splotches on your gums (it's disinfecting) but this does go away in a few hours.

You might also like to try Crest Vivid White toothpaste.

Go to CVS or something and buy crest whitestrips premium. I'm currently using it and it works great.

I think you should use crest whitening strips.They cost only about 4-5.00$.Or you could use petroluim jelly.it maes you smile pretty much.

crest white stips - equate (walmart brand) has a generic version out there and there cheaper and work just as good.
