On a technocality it would all depend on genetics. Ever heard of a Punit Squar? Basically it breaks things down into dominate and resavie genes from both parents. Represented usually with D or R, for domniante, and i, for resecive. Ok now let's say that the demon gene is dominate than that would mean the kid has a 50% chance of being half demon, or Di, but also a 25% chance of being all human, ii, or all demon, DD.
So there would be a posability that the kid could be another half demon, but a purebreed mix if that makes any since.

OK lets think logically! We have 1/2 demon in other words hanyou( half-demon) and another hanyou. We have demon and human trait. If we add 1/2 and 1/2 we get 2/2 which is supposedly a youkai(full demon) but then where did the human trait go? So if we make a punnet square(we can take the demon as dominant and the human trait as recessive) we can have 3 outcomes : full human, youkai, and a hanyou. The probability for the offspring to be a youkai is 25%, for it to be a human is 25%, and for it to be a hanyou is 50%. So in general it depends :)

that doesnt really relate to inuyasha, seeing as his pop was full demon and his mum was human
but im sure youd just end up with a half dog demon or something of the sort

InuYasha is only half demon. His father was a full demon and his mother human. While he has a lot of his father's heritage in him (like the powers and the ears) his mother's is the prominent genes, hence his mostly human appearance.
But in any event, it is a great anime program.

you'd get another half demon i think! cuz you're dividing 1/2's into 1/4's so when you mix the two quarter bloods together, u get 1/2

You would get another stupid half demon. You never want to half of anything. Half elf, half demon, and most importantly half human. Besides, fox demons are sooooooo much better.

just cause ad 1/2 and 1/2 togeatger you wont get one you will have only have about 7/8 cause the other 1/4 will still be human
