Lizard, Green Goblin, Doc. Ock, Venom, Electro, Scorpion, Carnage, Chameleon, the Kingpin, Vulture, Sandman, and the Hobb Goblin are the only ones I can think of at the moment. I remember most of the ones from the Spider Man game for N64 and the others from the cart toon. Although I have listed some, I believe a couple of them are not his arch enemies.

Spidey has a Rogue's gallery of arch-enemies. Green Goblin, the Lizard, Dr. Ock, the Scorpion, Electro, Venom, Carnage, Sandman, the Kingpin, the Vulture, whew, I am sure there are more, but these ones listed all hate Spidey above all other heroes.

Spider-man may have one of the most complete rogue galleries of enemies in the Marvel universe, but his only true arch-enemies are venom and the green goblin. Others like Doc ock are just plain enemies, not arch-enemies.

Let's see, the Green Goblin, the 2nd Green Goblin or the Hobgoblin if you prefer are his big ones, Venom/Eddie Brock, which is anti-Spiderman, the Kingpin, Chameleon, Sandman, Doc Oc, and sure. I do have a limited knowledge of the Spiderman universe.:}.

Since I'm not a huge fan of some of the retconning that Spidey has had to endure, I'd have to say his arch-enemy is the one who killed the love of his life, Gwen Stacy. That would be the original Green Goblin, Norman Osborn.
