Not obscene is too racist. USA has been represented by many Black athletes because they are better then whites specially in America and France like all we know French(whites) are pu ssies. That is French and US mentality. I think if USA will try put more Blacks athletes in the US soccer team they would go far in the next World Cup.

According to my dictionary, obscene means filthy, disgusting or lewd. I don't quite understand you those words apply to Soccer players, unless they are playing nude. Which might be interesting, but not really filthy, disgusting or lewd.
France has long been one of the world's most welcoming countries for immigrants from other cultures. They have taken in people from around the world, and added their strengths to France. It's too bad more countries haven't had the same attitude.
I think the only unworthy thing in this whole query is your attitude.

Not especially, but perhaps it's obscene that there are so few black players on the American team. Imagine a midfielder like Reggie Bush or a defensive mid like Terrell Owens. How about Mike Davis as outside mid, ain't NOBODY keepin' up with Davis for 90 minutes. I don't care what euro-league he plays for. We need to encourage more black youths to play soccer and and see it as a fun and challenging sport.
