i shower everyday but just cant get rid of them

White spots on ur testicles??? Hmmm must be painful to look, but if ur talking about white spots on ur scrotum, then these are probably just little retention cysts. No matter how much u scrub they won't come off. Not much u can do about them im afraid. Just accept them

Sounds like it could be a yeast? Try an over the counter fungal cream. You could try women's monistat vaginal cream apply 4 times per day. Fungal infections in men in that area are common if you sweat alot, are diabetic or are overweight. Try keeping very dry down there, maybe try boxers. If that doesn't work see a dermatologist.

Keep you testicles dry and clean all the time. Is it itching? If yes, it could be fungal infection.

if they dont go after a few days go to your doctor might be some kind of yeast infection that might need anti biotics or it might be nothing!
