I'm African American and I have bad skin it seems to me because I get scared easy. Any insects that bites me leaves a scar on me. My pigment is dark medium complexion just like my avatar color. I tried Merderma but it didn't do anything. Most of my insect bites are on my legs. Please someone i want to get rid of these scars help please.

My dermatologist gave me Epiquin Micro and also Tri -Luma they made my spots go away and I am African-American too. Both have websites check them out but only available through a doctor...

I have the same skin complexion as you and same problem as you! I got some mosquito bites in my legs and they left dark scars. I tried using cocoa butter for 2 years and some skin fading cream but they didn't work. I'm currently using mederma, i've been using it for about a month 1/2 now, and it works great for me. I can barely see some of the smaller spots now. You could try mederma again but be sure to be consistent! Put it on with a q-tip 3 or four times a day.

None. They all claim that they will reduce scars but take it from me I have tried all of them. The only thing that is sure to work is plastic surgery. So don't waste your money on creams etc. I have spent 1000s of dollars over the years to reduce or fade facial scars and none of it has helped.

bio oilwhich is cheap and available from any pharmacy/drug store is great but u have to rub it in twice a day everyday 4 it to work also vitamin a or e cream is meant to b gud

Mederma is great for scars, cocoa butter (Palmer's) is also good for skin marks.
