ok, first you paint the nail a base color of inspite of you pick as an get mutually white. Then take a toothpick and with scissors reduce the end OFF! it really is very imporant to create a superb fairly polka dot! The dip the flat part right into a diverse color as an get mutually black then merely gently press the toothpick onto the nail. VWA l. a.~ Haha

use a stencil. you could probably make one. Just let the bottom layer dry and then place a piece of paper with holes in it over top and paint away. You could also try using a toothpick, but it might be more messy.

just do the polka dots ur self they dont have to be perfect
