Not to mention the offensive line they had too! I don't think so the way the NFL is set up unless a team has a miracle trade like the one als made for Herchell Walker with The Vikings!

Colts had Manning, Harrison, James for a few years, I'd say that is right up there.

But no matter what anyone says, and I find this to be retarded, people will always say that the classic players are better than the modern players, just because they were better first.

Now yeah I know, Irvin, Smith, and Aikmen were incredible, but you can't really compare them to the new trios. Packers had Walker, Favre, and Green for a while, and that was a really tough offense to control.

It's hard to get three super stars at those three positions at the same time, which makes it seem like your pick will remain the best, but just because they're big names, doesn't make them gods, just a really good match up in their time.

Colts had one (Manning, Harrison, James)
Vikings 1998 (Cunningham, Smith, Carter/Moss)
1990's 49ers were close (Montana, Craig/Watters, Rice)
2000 Rams (Warner, Faulk, Holt/Bruce)

2 words: Salary Cap.

Pretty much ensures that a team can't amass a group of superstars to dominate anymore.

Manning/Harrison/James (James not with trio anymore) were pretty good though.

Of course other teams will and have. You are obvioulsy biased to the Cowboys so you are blinded to the other teams that have done it.
