Well what do you propose they do? Since the scientist are still arguing as to what is causing it, (whether it be man made or climate) how can they fix it. We are already looking at alternative solutions, but if you want to help out right away. Log off, your use of electricity is burning a hole in my atmosphere. Its like the weather, everybody complains about it, but nobody does anything about it. Don't expect Al to have a plan. If he had a plan he sure wouldn't be on here looking for one. You want to help the world. Cut back on the use of fossil fuels. Park your car and use public transportation, turn down, up, or off the thermostat. Make sure you purchase all products that are manufactured in an environmentally friendly environment. Don't bet on China to give a damn about it. Quit mowing your lawn, the gas one pollute the air, and the electric one take too much power. Better yet, cement the whole yard, oh wait....China is sucking up all the concrete, so get your wallet out. Quit using environmentally unfriendly non biodegradable products in your hair and on your body. This I guess is enough for starters.

Why do you think presidents or prime ministers can do anything to change the temperature of the planet?
The planets climate goes through cycles, it warms up, it cools down. If humans have done anything to affect this, it started whith the begining of the industrial revolution in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, long before Bush or Harper, and probably only hastend what was already happening. Anything a current president does now is just for show.
Stop worrying about what we can't control and start living your life.

Grow a brain and realize that it is a non-issue that the Libs are using to try to scare the hell out of everyone. It does not matter if it is actually happening or not. It is still a non-issue. There is not enough space to explain it here. Do you really think that any of these other countries care about global warming? Hell no, it is just an excuse to put the economic brakes on the US so that they can try to catch up. Sad thing is that idiots like Algore keep falling for it.

They don't plain and simple. You need guys like Dryden and Gore in there that do care for the enviroment. Harper is just Bush lite and he does not care about the enviroment.
