the best treatment for this would be to remove all makeup before getting in the pool, lake, ocean, etc. use Cold Cream and let it sit for about a minute or so and gently wipe it off.

Almay sell's these pad's that take eye make up off. I've used them for year's for after dance compention's. They are a little oily but you use the pad and then a tissure and the makeup come's right off and it only cost's about 5 bucks.

This may sound silly but Huggies baby wipes are the best way I have found to remove makeup. They work great and they are gentle on your skin.

I've found the Pond's cleanser/makeup remover cloths work pretty well.

I'm an actor, and we use baby wipes to remove makeup.

You have to get an eye make up remover. I like the one from maybeline. Works really well and doesn't cost a fortune.

i get one of those little wet wipes like the ones they use to clean baby bottoms. i know it sounds funny but it's cheap ($1 at walmart) and it comes off. then i just get some eye cream and put it on my eyes and go to sleep. for nonwaterproof mascara like i said use the wipe but for the top lid, have you eyes open and wipe it like you were applying, but for bottom, slighlty close your eyes and wipe lid together!! i hope that helps!!
